Our show with Saliva on Sept 15th has had a change of venues.  It was at TCU Place (The Lower Hall),  It will now be at Ryly's

For those of you in the Saskatchewan area Saskatoon's Rock 102 has changed there format at 12:00 from what used to be their retro
lunch hour.  You now can request your favorite Hurricane Cletis song during their new all request lunch hour.  The current Rock 102
contact and request information is on the left hand side of our myspace and also listed here on our website.  We will be posting the
noon request information very soon.  If you are not from around Saskatoon but want to help out you can still use email request and

We just ended two busy back to back weekends of out of town shows as some of you may know.  The first was the Hilton in
Warman. The second of the two was our first venture into Manitoba, where we played at The Unwinder in Flin Flon.  Both weekends
were a blast and we would like to thank all of those people that came out.  Now we are back alive and well for most of us well.  JK
ended up spending a Hour in the Flin Flon hospital Friday at 4 a.m. after we finished playing, and then Saturday a few more hours and
while JK was keeping himself occupied there at the hospital the rest of the guys were doing a interview for Flin Flon's CFAR 590
radio station.  We would like to thank Loreena for doing the interview and all the work she has done getting us played out there.  We
can't wait to get back to either place for another weekend.
It has been over a month now since our last update, and I would like to apologize for that, We are still here and still around, We all
have just gotten really busy in our personal lives, that it at times gets a little hard to get on here to update.  So here are some of the
newest updates you may have missed.   
We have two new show updates......the first is July 21st at Kiwanis Park where we will be playing at Saskatoon's 'Taste of
Saskatchewan' which is a food and music festival.  The second show we are very happy to announce that we will be playing with
SALIVA on Sept 15th at The TCU Place in Saskatoon.  All info for these shows can be found under our show listings.  We also are
on demand it.  So if you want us to come play a show in your area, click on our demand it sticker and build up the demand for us in
your area with your friends. Thats all for now.

We just learned that we are on the bill for a Cabaret at TCU Place Sept, 15th also featuring Saliva, Brand New Skin and Sevenless.

This month will be a really busy one for us.  We will be Kicking it off with two shows this up coming weekend. If you are in the
saskatoon area be sure to come out and Support a great event, The Bell Walk For Kids Help Phone  on Sunday May 6th. Members of
Hurricane Cletis will be preforming a rare acoustic set.  This will take place, 2:30 P.M. at the Archibald Arena. If you asre looking for
more details or are interested in supporting this event by walking please go to www.bellwalkforkidshelpphone.ca sign up as a team or
single walker and raise money for some great prizes.
We also have up on our website and our myspace Demand It stickers.  We are giving you the power to tell us where you are and

SIRIUS Satellite Radio has now been added to our list of radio stations.  You can now request 'Stained' on ICEBERG 95 on SIRIUS.   
      For those of you who are wrestling fans out there, 'Disgusted' Has been chosen by Monster Pro Wrestling  as Mark Posey's (Mr.
Intensity) theme/entrance song.  Keep your ear open for 'Disgusted' Which can be heard at MPW shows around the Edmonton Area.
We have also introduced a new way of reaching our fans on our myspace and finding out where our fans want us to play.  You can
now find on the right hand side a Demand It! button.  Demand Hurricane Cletis in your city.

The voting for 'Canadian Radio Star' national song writing competition is over and Greg, Darren and Rob are off to Toronto.  There
they well be preforming an acoustic version of 'Stained' at Canadian Music Week on Friday the 9th.  The winner of the competition

We are pleased to announce that our song 'Stained', written by Cletis member Greg Dyck has been chosen as the provincial winner in
the Canadian Radio Star Songwriting Competition. The song will be in heavy rotation for the next few weeks on both Saskatoon radio
stations Rock 102 and C95.
Stained will go on to compete for the national title in Toronto March 8-10. The winner of the national title is determined by public
vote. Members of the band will be attending Canadian Music Week to showcase the song.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support. We will be posting a link shortly that will direct you to vote for
Stained. We are hoping all our fans will vote for the song. Thanks again, your support is very much appreciated!

$10,000 to go towards the recording of their debut album.

After two months of preliminary rounds Hurricane Cletis is announced as the winners of the Rock 102 / Roxy On  Broadway's
Ultimate Band Warz.  The band will receive numerous prizes including recording time and stage gear.
