Payment Terms-Orders
At this time, Internet orders are paid for using PayPal, and for residents of Canada, United States of America and the United Kingdom. In addition to this payment method, you can phone or mail orders to us and pay by money order. Just call us at 306-280-3640 to place your order, or complete an online order and submit your payment. All non-PayPal orders are subject to a 10-business-day hold for payment clearance.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can add or delete items at any time during the order process before you give final confirmation of the order. After your order has been submitted, you can still change the order by contacting Hurricane Cletis via email or by phone 306-280-3640 as long as it has not already been shipped. Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is considered final and cannot be changed/canceled. If you need to cancel your order after you submit it online, please contact us immediately.
Limited Quantities
Some products may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Shipping
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed within 72 hours. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. All items purchased from Hurricane Cletis are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping delivery dates that are displayed on our website are provided directly from Canada Post and are to be treated as delivery date estimates only. Hurricane Cletis is not responsible for any delays in package delivery.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. We must be contacted prior to you shipping a return to us. Unless otherwise stated or arranged, the User is responsible for freight charges associated with product returns. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. User must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted. Hurricane Cletis does not give cash refunds if you paid by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. You will be refunded by a credit to your PayPal account (processed within 7 business days), or to your credit card.
Resale or Export
You agree and represent that you are buying for your own personal use only, and not for resale or export.

Miscellaneous
In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Hurricane Cletis will not be responsible for performance of its obligations hereunder where delayed or hindered by war, riots, embargoes, strikes or acts of its vendors, suppliers, or workmen (whether of Hurricane Cletis or others), accidents, acts of God, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, without regard to any provisions thereof which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction to this Agreement. Any cause of action User may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
Although Hurricane Cletis backs up it’s systems regularly and works to prevent technical problems, system failures, and service disruptions, such occurrences are possible, particularly in connection with such things as total power losses, natural calamities, acts of war or terrorism, acts of God, destructive acts of hackers, or bandwidth changes on the Internet. It is specifically agreed that Hurricane Cletis shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential damages.
How We Use Your Information
When ordering, you will provide information such as physical address, telephone number and email address. Without this information, an order cannot be shipped and/or billed. An email may be sent to you, or a phone call made if there is any trouble processing your order. We use Canada Post to deliver your order, process your payment via PayPal to bill you for those goods and services. Hurricane Cletis and the aforementioned third party companies do not retain, share, store nor use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We will not sell, share, nor rent information to any third party marketer without your express knowledge and consent as outlined in this statement.
